New Planewave 0.66 focal reducer

As of August 15, 2023 we have installed a focal reducer. Thus, all calibration that has taken place before is no long er applicable.
New Camera Bin to 3x3

We got a new camera for the HSC telescope. The pixels are very small, so bin it to 3x3.
We have a focal reducer or order, so the field of view will increase this summer.
